It's a bit unfair since past years have multiple reports posted after the close of the fiscal year. I would expect SF to come up with some other ones. http://civilgrandjury.sfgov.org/report.html
This is confusing, because San Francisco's Civil Grand Jury tackled difficult, underreported, and complex topics as recently as last year.
Because there will be more reports in the coming weeks. Unlike other CGJs which compile them into one big report SF apparently splits into a committee and has each one issue a report.
