20,000 people experience homelessness each year. Adding that to the existing homeless population, there are not enough Shelter beds coupled with the ever-shrinking availability of affordable housing. It is nothing less than a humanitarian crisis.

Hi! That’s not entirely accurate: Set-asides are part of the General Fund.
