This is The New York Times's position on why we published the photos that we did. I've deleted my earlier tweets that did not explain the reasoning behind our decision.

A lot of bias by and it's affiliates. Last year, hundreds of people were killed in mass shootings in the US but none of the media houses including New York Times splashed dead bodies on both their print and electronic media. Code of ethics in media is uniform.

This is enough brother. Kenyans are handling it in a more professional way. Unethical reporting according to media laws is a crime. This Journalist is not getting away with it, no way!
