A male president was so angry he lost that he incited a mob against the U.S. Capitol. I never want to hear again that women would be "too emotional" to be president.

It’ll be a shame if history allows one horrific event on this president’s watch to overshadow all the other horrific events on this president’s watch.

Stop saying history will judge them. Judge them now. With judges.

We are going to fight for educators and students. That means hiring more counselors and school nurses. That means paying educators what they're worth. That means protecting the right to organize.

Is anyone really surprised that Donald Trump is trying to force himself on America after she said no?

When the story broke about Russia offering bounties for the killing of American troops, any Commander in Chief with a shred of decency would do something—anything—to let our troops know they are protected. 17 days later & still nothing from Donald Trump.

The United Nations has called for an immediate, global ceasefire in order to face the Covid-19 pandemic and provide humanitarian aid. I hope this Resolution will be implemented quickly for the good of those who suffer and become a first step toward a future of peace.

This holiday weekend, let’s be safe and smart. It’s going to take all of us to beat this virus. So wear a mask. Wash your hands. And listen to the experts, not the folks trying to divide us. That's the only way we’ll do this—together.

We cannot tolerate or turn a blind eye to racism and exclusion in any form. At the same time, we have to recognize that violence is self-destructive and self-defeating. Nothing is gained by violence and so much is lost. Let us pray for reconciliation and peace.

The president of the United States is calling for violence against American citizens. That is so wrong. We need honest reckoning and reconciliation. If you haven’t already joined the work to replace him in November, start now.
