        Difference (as you know from your legal experience): an informant is someone already inside something under investigation that you gain cooperation from. An operative (spy) is someone you send in undercover to build a case.

        Nope, convenient isnt it ? FBI states they were so worried that Russia could interfere in our election, which Obama had already said was impossible, they threw spies at the Trump campaign, wiretapped his residence, campaign offices and various devices , but overlooked Hillarys
