Most soldiers live on base, but many civilian employees reside in the city. Everybody has been asked to stay inside as much as possible & do shopping etc. on post. No nonessential travel for troops. Most visitors are also barred tho authorized South Koreans can come to work.

People are worried but no sense of panic here, although people there’s a shortage of masks & people were quick to snap up an emergency shipment at the PX on Saturday. The military schools are bracing for possible longterm closures by preparing online classes.
