What’s his logic? From DPRK’s perspective their nuclear weapons are a deterrence against the US & it’s nuclear threats against DPRK while Armistice is still in effect. The game has changed; DPRK is no longer a NNWS. Byungjin began in March 2013 & now DPRK is a nuclear state.

2/What WON’T happen is DPRK acting like a NNWS. US broke the Armistice shipping nuclear weapons into ROK in 1956-57. Armistice was 2 end in Peace Treaty. First take care of old business & end War in long overdue PT, then denuclearization of KP becomes POSSIBLE. Logic = do PT 1st.
