US needs to understand the difference between the SK conservative gov (such as Park, Lee gov) and SK moderate gov (like Moon). The former wants to be a lackey of US. They will pay if US tells them to pay. The latter is different. We shall see how things play out.

The way South Koreans treat the troops, I am ok with a withdrawal. I was stationed in Yongsan 2001-2002, K-16 2012-2013 & at Camp Humphreys 2017-2019, so I am speaking from experience.
