    I don’t blame our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern. I know she’s a good person. But the majority of our Supreme Court is still made up by appointments from the previous govt, in particular by the former Attorney General who was also Spy minister. His appointments are now delivering.

    Wow. The New Zealand Supreme Court won’t hear my GCSB case. The court agrees: “Disclosure would harm national security and international relations.” What does this mean? The rights of Kiwis are secondary to the interests of the United States. Full statement will follow.

    Today the Supreme Court decides if I get a hearing about my GCSB case in which the spies admittedly illegally spied on my family. The spies say they don’t have to give us any information because of “national security”. This case matters to all Kiwis. I think the SC will hear it.

    You ordered CIA personnel to break into computers being used by the Senate Intelligence Committee to investigate the CIA torture program, an act that should’ve led either to your own prosecution or impeachment.

    Astounding & disgraceful that a Senator of heretofore strong standing says it is okay for a president to use U.S. taxpayer dollars to extort a foreign government to provide fabricated information on a rival in an upcoming election. This is a green light to future such activity.
