If my video was age restricted based on the fact that some of the paintings I showed had breasts on them then lets just ban children from going to art museums
. Or reading a biology book. They are old paintings! Some famous and historic, I mean come on @TeamYouTube

I have and you guys still decided it was unsuitable for under 18. It features some of the most famous paintings of all time. Just because its a breast painted on a canvas it doesn’t mean its indecent nudity, its art. And i think its a bit much censoring me for it.

Thanks for your patience. Heard back and the video will remain age-restricted per our Nudity policy. We do make limited exceptions for educational, documentary, artistic and scientific contexts, but still age-restrict videos that don’t have this intent, which is the case here.

To clarify a bit, an example would be that a documentary on breast cancer would be appropriate, but posting clips out of context from the documentary might not be. Here’s the full policy with more info: https://goo.gl/5XkgbZ

“A video that contains nudity or other sexual content may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic, and it isn’t gratuitously graphic.” Umm, the paintings and the video itself is considered “artistic.” You have no case, Youtube.
