Just another example of MONEY being handed to “provide” a solution, that NEVER ends up helping the people, unless it’s going in their own pockets.
I hope Joan Pratt does not give up on investigating the $25M Youth Fund. 3 years ago I began my first case investigating this grant. It's not a grant. The money comes from property tax revenues. The BCYF gets $12M annually & is in its 2nd year. The Fund GIVES grants to programs such as those that train & employ at risk youths.https://www.google.com/amp/s/news.yahoo.com/amphtml/programs-risk-due-delay-funding-221127852.html …
