    I deleted the tweet below. If Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman are responsible for spreading false stories about , he can sue them *now*. He would need to prove that they were responsible for spreading the falsehood via the fake account and David Wohl’s tweet.

    So this BERN app allows anybody to put anybody in a Sanders database in any way anybody wants? Wow, do I not like that. Creepy. Intrusive. Absolutely ripe for abuse. Spam at the very least. There better be an OPT-OUT.

    Judging by the response to BERN today, seems fair to say that campaigns risk underestimating how badly Cambridge Analytica has poisoned the idea of voter analytics and targeting for everyone…except the true-believer trumpists. The new digital strategy needs to be built on TRUST.

    So, after looking at the idiotic BERN app, I think the worst thing about it is that trolls could just mass enter data and do major damage to their voter contact lists WORST. CAMPAIGN. EVER.

    The BERN app was so poorly designed that for a couple hours today the personal voter IDs of 150m+ Americans was available freely and easily, in violation of laws in all 50 states and fed privacy statutes, and it was entirely the doing of the Sanders campaign. Think about that.

    They appear to have fixed this issue, the ID numbers are no longer visible on an inspect element.

    Bernie Sanders' new online BERN program lets you add to a database by logging names & background info from anyone, even strangers you meet on the street. Then it matches them to a voter record, priorities & memberships. What could possibly go wrong?
