It must be a audio to text algorithm that was manually applied by someone at Google. As soon as you mentioned WSJ it pulled the plug.
I think it's more likely that the WSJ NPC was watching and got them struck, however @Timcast has said that YT does use an AI to "read" the audio from videos. I just doubt "Wall Street Journal" is on their list of keywords.
