Jury says guilty
1. During RFP process for Downtown Plan, she told all the out of town lead consultants completing for the work to not include me on their team because I was pro Fulton Mall.

2. In a HSR public meeting, she physically blocked me from joining a side meeting of architects & planners working on the station design.

3. She tried twice to secretly rezone & sell land that was previously police substation in Tower to her long time developer friend Reza Assemi. Community resoundingly wants a park. She may still be trying to get it in Reza’s hands.

WQ & I were at a wedding during the downtown plan hearings & we ended up dancing. She asked if I was for or against opening the Fulton Mall. I said against. She told me I wasn’t leaving the dance floor before she’d convinced me that opening the mall was the only answer. 1/2
