Yep. Its disingenuous, the system perpetuates this myth instead of speaking openly about the realities of creative practice. Especially since so much of the artworld runs on unabashed wealth...

What I meant was: I only see artists around me, around the world, that are not at all in that "keep working isolated". You talk about that as if some were still in that cases. But that's an obsolete debate, IMHO. Unfortunately (in my opinion) artists are now totally in marketing
