In the last 6 months, Kickstarter's leadership has worked to foster an environment where the right to organize and the rules around that process are followed and respected. We'll be clear: No Kickstarter employee has been or ever will be fired for union organizing.

Three employees who served on the publicly-facing union organizing committee were fired in the last 8 days. Forgive me, but it's hard to believe that it's just a coincidence that they were simultaneously fired for other causes. What explanation do you have for their dismissal?

ur calling previous employees liars then. They all lied for what? The likes? What reason would they have to put themselves out there and jeopardize their image to other potential clients/companies by calling you all out? To the social manager writing this, I hope the $ is worth.

Withholding 100% of the severance pay unless they sign NDA is disgusting. Even if you pushed them out for non-performance, they invested years of their work. I hope staff, customers and shareholders deliver the verdict to the executive team this behaviour deserves.

ONE WEIRD TRICK TO AVOID ACCUSATIONS OF UNION BUSTING: don't put "union organizing" on the "reason for termination" field. Genius!! I've been using KS for years but I'm done. Never backing another KS project and I'm deleting my account the second my backed projects are wrapped.
