In the last 6 months, Kickstarter's leadership has worked to foster an environment where the right to organize and the rules around that process are followed and respected. We'll be clear: No Kickstarter employee has been or ever will be fired for union organizing.
Literally no corporation in history has ever said this and not been lying. So at least you're in a big club.
It's the quality language of a company hiring lawyers so they don't have to voluntarily recognize.

The main problem is that no one in their right mind believes you.
This is the worst PR I’ve ever seen. A bad reputation - especially because of the ideology which your target audience finds important - will cost you much more than a union would have.
Totally. You’re just going to fire any of your staff who try to make that happen, so you’re left with a staff who will make the decision you want.
