I really do like his message, but I admit I had to watch it a second time to get it because initially I couldn't stop thinking about how much Sal resembles Ray Romano in this video.

For me, as a self-directed learner I have learned that the feeling of the struggle, the confusing heaviness, that you are describing as frustration is a sign of learning. I have learned to lean into that feeling be patient and trust my brain exactly as you describe here Sal. Thnk
