    We've just released new firmware for your , v1.30. This update adds a new function called "pre-amp" that is accessed via the "Gain Mode", and enables software volume control of the line-out ports using the volume knob.

    Kernel yes. Boot with open source loaders? No. Mainline u-boot? Probably not on all, perhaps porting will be needed? Mainline kernel on consumer grade SBCs in general? Most of the problems and wishes people talk about on our forums are related to mainline based Armbian Linux.
