I'm not the only one sharing this screen shot, but it seems important for this to get around to as many people as possible. This is the "About" page for Shadow Inc, which was contracted to make the app for #IowaCaucuses. No staff named. This outfit is inexcusably secretive.pic.twitter.com/kUZorA9Pi5

So those are some of the people that work at the company that made the app. I don't have a conspiracy, and anyone accusing me of promoting a conspiracy is trying to provoke conflict. All I believe is there should be transparency around the company involved in this fiasco.

Here's @DMRegister's coverage of Shadow Inc. and app they developed for Iowa Caucuses. Headlined, "Clinton campaign veterans linked with app that contributed to caucus chaos." This is journalistic frame I adopted for my thread yet I was accused of pushing "conspiracy theory."pic.twitter.com/ztKSwdWBS4

"Iowa Democratic Party Chairman Troy Price worked as Clinton’s 2016 Iowa political director." The Iowa Democratic Party "paid $63,184 for website development and travel expenses." If it sounds like a conspiracy, maybe that is because the app developer has a cartoonishly evil name that if contracted by, say, Russia, China, Iran, Syria, or Venezuela, we would be calling any perceived winner(s) illegitimate. A raft of new sanctions would be prepared too.

Clinton Democrats are flipping out over people who suspect something rotten unfolded, but imagine if company with former Bernie Sanders staff named Shadow Inc. had developed this app. No way these Dems wouldn't have their chalkboards out, drawing arrows to "connect" to Putin.

Cronyism, not conspiracy. That's what happened. Troy Price, Iowa Democratic Party chair who worked for Clinton in 2016, reached out to former colleagues and created a "process" within the caucuses then outsourced that "process." Former colleagues made 💵. Chaos ensued.
