Gerard Niemira is CEO of Shadow Inc. In 2015, he was senior product manager for Hillary Clinton's campaign, developing tools for field teams to contact voters. James Hickey is COO of Shadow Inc. He was engineering manager for Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign and worked for Sprinklr, a "customer experience management" platform. Also previously worked as IT consultant for Bloomberg Philanthropies in 2012-2013.

So those are some of the people that work at the company that made the app. I don't have a conspiracy, and anyone accusing me of promoting a conspiracy is trying to provoke conflict. All I believe is there should be transparency around the company involved in this fiasco.

If it sounds like a conspiracy, maybe that is because the app developer has a cartoonishly evil name that if contracted by, say, Russia, China, Iran, Syria, or Venezuela, we would be calling any perceived winner(s) illegitimate. A raft of new sanctions would be prepared too.
Clinton Democrats are flipping out over people who suspect something rotten unfolded, but imagine if company with former Bernie Sanders staff named Shadow Inc. had developed this app. No way these Dems wouldn't have their chalkboards out, drawing arrows to "connect" to Putin.
Cronyism, not conspiracy. That's what happened.
