    For 2+ years, the Mueller team fed a credulous media a series of disingenuous indictments falsely suggesting a Trump-Russia conspiracy that they knew wasn't there, because it all originated w/ a DNC-funded scam. Now we get an indictment offering a window into how the scam began.

    Imagine if someone accused by DOJ of leaking classified information could sign a contract agreeing not to leak to that journalist or media organization again and give up their security clearance for life. You can't cause we live in a security state but would be more reasonable.

    The Justice Department filed charges against the three hackers-for-hire under a "deferred prosecution agreement." In this case, it's a contract that grants form of amnesty. They owe financial penalties & can't work for UAE or obtain a security clearance again. Pretty good deal.

    Majority of Supreme Court justices rule in favor of corporations, despite conflicts of interest. They support landlords throwing people out of their homes during pandemic and seem indifferent to women controlling their bodies. Protests at their high-class homes is pretty fair.

    Senate Judiciary Committee members from both parties denounced a protest targeting the Maryland home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, saying the families and homes of government officials are not fair game.

    While I'm on "trial" facing prison, Loretta Preska—my judge, jury and fact finder—has been casually reading the newspaper from the bench during witness testimony. It feels like it was over before it began.
