Dear JIRA users, what are your favourite plug ins/techniques for aiding in prioritisation of the bajillions of things that one needs to do? It would be nice if they looked nice too. Thank you, Love #NewToJira xxx

We broke and don't have plug ins, I would talk to
@HiWaffles, they use Jira like pro's at Obsidian.2 replies 0 retweets 2 likes -
GOD I LOVE STRUCTURES. USE THEM ALWAYS. Amazing for looking at group tasking, gives you a great view of who is over-tasked, you can sort it based on assignee/month/priority as well.

Also - I typically have filters saved in JIRA for my artists' tasks (usually sorted by month and priority). I use a JIRA dashboard for all my artists, I can pull filters into that dashboard, and it's all sorted nicely and they know exactly what order to work on things in.

So basically: I use structure for my own production needs/reviewing things with leads, and I use dashboards for team-facing task viewing so they can focus on their individual work and not the entire department. PRODUCTION YEAH WOO!pic.twitter.com/mJsV8fR6zD

Oh I forgot to mention, I use Trello for my own personal tasking since we don’t typically track production work in JIRA. It’s free and you can get really specific with your tasks.
