Also - I typically have filters saved in JIRA for my artists' tasks (usually sorted by month and priority). I use a JIRA dashboard for all my artists, I can pull filters into that dashboard, and it's all sorted nicely and they know exactly what order to work on things in.
So basically: I use structure for my own production needs/reviewing things with leads, and I use dashboards for team-facing task viewing so they can focus on their individual work and not the entire department. PRODUCTION YEAH WOO!pic.twitter.com/mJsV8fR6zD

Also check out the EazyBI plugin for burndown charts or making graphs of work remaining/time logged/almost any other data you can think of ~fin~
