      They are the worst. I've had them since I was 9. :( Darkness, water, sleep. That's about all that helps me.

      They are seriously terrible. Do you feel nauseous? Do you have auras before the headache? I take ex. strength Tylenol as soon as I notice

      I'm not nauseous but I definitely had an aura, I guess with the ocular ones it's more intense? Was seeing white spots for awhile

      That's good about the nausea. Yeah, I see shaky blinding spots for about 45 min, then headache. Doc says it's stress 😰
