Got my first ocular migraine today, dear god it is terrifying and I thought I was going blind. Fine now but still slightly out of it

They are seriously terrible. Do you feel nauseous? Do you have auras before the headache? I take ex. strength Tylenol as soon as I notice
I'm not nauseous but I definitely had an aura, I guess with the ocular ones it's more intense? Was seeing white spots for awhile

That's good about the nausea. Yeah, I see shaky blinding spots for about 45 min, then headache. Doc says it's stress

It's stress related for me too. Well I hope you hang in there and don't get one for a long time
