Got my first ocular migraine today, dear god it is terrifying and I thought I was going blind. Fine now but still slightly out of it

They are the worst. I've had them since I was 9. :( Darkness, water, sleep. That's about all that helps me.
Agh that's horrible! Thanks for the suggestion, I've never gotten migraines before

They are seriously terrible. Do you feel nauseous? Do you have auras before the headache? I take ex. strength Tylenol as soon as I notice

I'm not nauseous but I definitely had an aura, I guess with the ocular ones it's more intense? Was seeing white spots for awhile
