      in the marginalized genders channel at work we had a convo about "struggling not to cry during tense meetings or 1:1s." it turns out many folks do this, including me! it's involuntary & doesn't mean i'm sad, but i find the need to stifle it bc crying at work is so stigmatized.

      That’s horrible. I admire your restraint in not flipping him off. I find my middle finger pops out like a meat thermometer whenever my “passion” is full.

      I’ve definitely gotten to a point where I ‘silently rage’ and my friends in the meeting can read my face and tell that I’m about to shank someone 😂
