Thank youuu! I don’t do heaps, lately it’s 2 x 30min weight sessions and maybe 2 x 20min simple Ring Fit sessions a week! After weights I drink whey protein isolate, I don’t have access to Big Heavy Weights at home so a lot gets done with just 10kg dumbbell and 8kg kettlebell!
