Magically, baby girl has started sleeping through the night. It’s a huge relief partly because it’s so hard to get her to see mum, with mum in hospital and corona restrictions meaning only I’m allowed to go in. We have to swap and it takes ages and distresses the boy

Also our girl baby is a lot easier than our boys. They’re on very hard or crushing difficulty. She’s easy or story mode.

She sees the child gate open and instead of rushing into the rumpus room she just closes the gate. When accidentally let into a bedroom she’s not allowed into she goes in and starts tidying up

Baby boy needs antibiotics five times a day and unless you’ve tried to administer 3-6ml of liquid to an 18 month old who doesn’t want it, you’ve got no idea

All four children got sick with this bacteria this year, which causes Covid symptoms. Two of them hospitalised on oxygen support for five days each. Horrible
