I have a similar but opposite experience, because I'm a man in a very female-dominated field and workplace. I deal with similar things (on a much smaller scale, mind you). My coworkers can get away with saying and doing so much because "he's a man, he can handle it"

I don't see why all listed things are specifically told by a man to a woman. As to me just comments from some arrogant and/or ignorant people, which they can say with some variations to anyone.

The sad thing is, as pointed out by Katrina, these comments are specifically targeted to women only because they are women while men could be targeted for other reasons.
