It's a hefty undertaking. I decided to replay the game along with both expansions last year. Took me from January to September (and that was me only doing story stuff, not exploring the map 100%). It's absolutely *gigantic*.

Same boat. Also, some of those question marks are like level 24 cyclopses, so buyer beware. Honestly, just saying fuck it and going to Novigrad has helped since a lot of the quests there are in the city, so it’s a very dense playground to cross things off your list.

Seriously though, I would risk getting burned out if I tried to do everything in one go. I would take a breather and focus on the story for a bit, and maybe return later to clean up those marks. I think you'll like Novigrad.
