I think of it like me watching let's plays, but without the commentary and time commitment of seeing all the gameplay. With TLoU, the video included the gameplay that had story and important dialogue/context, but otherwise removed any of the just travel and shooty stuff.
She actually loves horror books and movies, so I think TLoU vids would be right up her alley!
She might enjoy playing something like Until Dawn then. There's the quick reaction aspect of the gameplay, but the muscle memory of learning which button is square, circle etc is a lower ask.
