Headed home tomorrow. This family reunion has been a steaming sack of dog shit.
It’s sad how one relative can ruin everything with alcoholism. If you feel like you have a problem, tell someone.

Family reunions always leave me more tired than work, so I cannot imagine if you add alcohol on top of it. Although I had an uncle who beat my aunt (which somewhat soured the mood at Christmas, go figure).
