It’s starting to get unfairly difficult TBH, I feel like I’m terrible at the game when in reality they just keep spawning and there’s not enough ammo

This is specifically why I put it down. The difficulty spikes in the game are unreasonable.

At some point you begin to just run past them. Just run. You don't HAVE to kill everything all the time. (Though I'm not sure about this particular spot you are in)
