On this #WorldMentalHealthDay, I am finally seeing a therapist for severe anxiety I’ve had for the last 5 years.
I escaped the bad situations that caused me to feel this way, but my anxiety stuck with me.

I'm so happy you're seeing a Therapist! I also deal with severe anxiety (GAD, though); it's a ongoing challenge but I've also learned so many helpful techniques!
