I’ve consistently been doing cardio/weight lifting for the last month, and I found that my appetite became insatiable

It's okay to eat more if your body is burning more! Just eat the right stuff. Protein shakes help too. Carrots & pickles also help for me (crunchy snack but mostly water)

Heck yes pickles. I just picked up some protein powder, will try it out after my workouts
