I'm far from swole because I ride bikes, but I will weigh in (pun sort of intended) and say that the more you work out, the more hungry you will be, and that's okay! Just eat equal or fewer calories in a day than you burn and you'll be fine. Food = fuel for working out

Yesterday I rode 60 miles, burned a little over 2,000 calories on my ride. I ate my entire kitchen when I got home. It was delicious!

It's okay to eat more if your body is burning more! Just eat the right stuff. Protein shakes help too. Carrots & pickles also help for me (crunchy snack but mostly water)

Heck yes pickles. I just picked up some protein powder, will try it out after my workouts
