I love my dog Khan, but he often reminds me that he was abused in his last home. Tried to step over him and he bit my leg

He’s scared of feet (was probably kicked) and he’s scared of having things around his neck. I may see if I can get some advice. Thanks

Definitely someone out there that can gently do some behavioural training ...sadly it's all a matter of the time you have too with being so busy.
