Lol CGI Vaginas? I didnt wanna play 2 till I'd finished 1? Is this a thing i need to worry about?
Are you asking if you need to be worried about playing Outlast 1 first, or worried about seeing vaginas? 
The stories are completely separate, but I do highly recommend playing 1 first. It’s very, very well done and the pacing is better.
