What are you feelings on wagyu? I don't know anywhere that sells it near me, but I'd like to try it some time. Just feel like it'll end up feeling too fatty.
It’s personal preference, I think wagyu is a perfect balance of fat and meat. It also has a nicer flavor. If you find some, definitely give it a try!
