Yeah I'm on the second one of the year 4tb and all my family photos gone :( thankfully mostly on Facebook but damn.
@Seagate quality is dropping badly:(
Ugh noo I’m sorry! Fortunately I was still able to transfer files, but I didn’t have much on there besides games, which I can always re-download. Always keep your files backed up!

Yeah I do...on Facebook hahaha but imagine trying to redownload years of photos from a Facebook folder. They got me.
