Yes, sleeper car, three people across two superliner roomettes
(booked mostly for the name) which theoretically sleep 2 each. Tips are a great idea and not something I would have thought about!
ah! definitely bring some kind of surge protector, then; there's only one outlet per roomette, and it's at a weird angle, so sometimes hard to charge things. possibly worth bringing an external battery of some kind?

also worth considering the kind of luggage you bring and how you pack it! there is a rack for bigger luggage downstairs, but it can get full, and you probably don't want to store nicer things there. as a single person, I've stored one carry-on roller and one backpack in my room

however, I didn't need to use the stairs to get to the top bunk if you have two roomettes, you might want to consider that + using the top bunk of the second room for storage at night?
