@tehviking had mentioned to me once that kids (and students by extension) were sent in some ways to teach us, to remind us of that spark and curiosity, and that's beautiful. -

The potential, the spark, and seeing them come into their own skills is such an amazing thing. That's a reason I love interviewing and seeing some of that first hand. I'll always fight for a candidate for any reason I can. I want to believe in their potential.
