there is a curfew on the highway that is public knowledge, if you are on the highway past 5 p.m. you are breaking it and they have every right.

@MinneapolisPD needs to be revamped. I would fire the entire department and rehire under different criteria from standards that are established by community. This behavior is outrageous. -

This was at 6pm. It wasn’t even close to curfew. It was peaceful, it abided by the curfew, and the city shut down the all highways at 5pm so it’s not like commuters were inconvienced. Shoo.
