  11. The main thing Rs have taken away from from the Trump experience is that GOP voters want you to FIGHT, all fact, reason, good judgement, and likelihood of success aside. Indeed certitude of failure just makes it that much more imperative that you FIGHT!

    The slew of Kraken suits were at least arms length from the GOP, but now a significant number of GOP state attorneys general and federal House members have actively attached themselves to this terrible Texas suit. The party is not going to right itself anytime soon.

    State AGs have become an increasingly activist & partisan force in national politics, often w/ rather questionable legal theories. This is a particularly embarrassing extension of that trend (one can hope it is the nadir but that might be optimistic).
