    The Service just admitted what I told Congress. Eliminating the prefunding requirement would not solve USPS's financial troubles & only would make USPS's financials look less bad.

    Re: today’s House vote on retiree health benefit payments see report below has not paid into fund since FY2010 + fund will be out of $ by 2030 w/out more payments. And no penalty to for non-payments
