One of the earlier dumps from the Shadow Brokers contained breached staging servers. Adblock set up a blacklist based on that dump.

How do you figure out who they belong to? For non-tech people? Or is it irrelevant?

You can look up the ip owner via a ip whois lookup, or simply type the url in your browser and see where it leads you.

That's definately nifty information. Thank you. I'm beyond ignorant when it comes to these sorts. Always been interested and curious tho.

Almost exclusively Solaris, is this a filtered list? German targets seem to be mostly universities: Math (crypto?), VPN etc.
