True but it doesn't become what people generally mean by "her emails" unless the Post has multiple front-page headlines about it every week for months.

"Her Emails" has become a charged phrase. When this was going down, it was a double-edged sword for FOIA people: put attention on records management/disclosure; also distracted from what really mattered. But I'm going to co-opt the term for good here.
