    Lucas erschien bereits heute Vormittag vor dem obersten Gerichtshof in Madrid. Bestätigt ist nun: Sollte die von seinem Rechtsbeistand eingelegte Berufung abgelehnt (oder nicht rechtzeitig bearbeitet) werden, muss er bereits in zehn Tagen - am 28. Oktober - in Haft.
