    3) really dropped the ball here. My support ticket has been in for over an hour with no response. Looking at taking Kernl's business elsewhere. 4) This has created a lot of extra work which takes time away from making Kernl awesome.

    This isn't a perfect solution for a few reasons: 1) The backup from today was a few hours old. You may need to re-upload or re-build the latest version of your plugin/theme. 2) New datacenter is further away from old one. Increased latency.

    Kernl is operational again. We had move our Mongo database into a different data center and restore it from today's backup.

    Kernl is currently experiencing downtime due to an outage with our database provider. We're working with them to get things up and running again.
